    I need to be up at 5:00am, but I'm wide awake; after tossing & turning for an hour I decided to get up. My wife was sawing logs when I went to bed., & she still is. I could try reading some more of the Dennis Lehanne novel that I'm enjoying, but I'm not in the mood for reading.

    Regular milk can often be cheaper than milk alternatives. You have to buy it in bags to get the best prices.

    It's only "premium" milk that tends to cost the same as or more than soy, almond, etc.

    Yeah, calcium is overrated when you have a balanced diet.
