This is a song written for the documentary about Sound City Studios, where lots of kickass albums were recorded and produced including offerings from the Red Hot Chili Peppers, Rage Against The Machine, Nirvana, Queens of the Stone Age, and lots more.

Dave Grohl, Corey Taylor, Rick Nielson, and Scott Reeder. Absolutely beautiful.

 

I heard this on the radio on the way home from work, and I've been singing it for the last...two and a half hours.

 

Moderate-to-severe obsession with this band lately.

 

this has been jammed in my skull for days.
it did not help that last weekend i found myself bellowing it while driving with the roof down out to do a performance.



you see, it's not just the song. it's not just the bizarre stage set. it's the rictus of happiness, the fact the singers face almost never moves.
