That's the place. Always spend the night at the La Quinta Inn and walk there the next morning. Neither is great but it always takes me 13-15 hours to get to Oregon so I like being able to catch a shuttle to a bed and then just walk a few hundred yards the next morning. Plus the La Qunita has a half way decent breakfast and 24 hr hot tub. If my backs fried from airline seats I can soak at 0300 if I choose.

Drug use here is way less than in the US. It is currently on the rise but for the most part Mexico exports and the US imports.

Yes, they fry everything here. Either that or drown it in the cheapest cooking oil known to mankind. I helped a friend install a vent system for a restaurant he was opening and to pay me back he and his wife stopped by to cook me dinner. He did a nice fish in the oven then pulled out a can of re-fried bean and asked "where's your oil." "Um, there's olive oil in the cupboard above your head." "Ok" He then added an entire can of olive oil to the beans. $12 bucks worth of extra virgin oil. OK.

It is where I live now. In my beach house it wasn't. Showering and washing dishes at the beach house required lots of bleach and anti-bac soap.
