    I hate when you are eagerly anticipating the arrival of something you've purchased online and it arrives damaged. :mad:


    On the positive side, within 9 minutes of me sending an email with the issue I got a response from a real live human. My reply to that email took literally 2 minutes to get a response, and it sounds like they are taking care of me. Yay for real customer service.
