Returned to US last Wednesday night, got up went to work and had to take a drug test first thing in the morning. Glad I skipped the coffee houses in the Netherlands.
Didn't watch the news for a month and geez the government is closed down. Lol still had to take a drug test. Hmm...

Just put a $7 bid on ebay for a Polaroid 600 camera.
Of course the prices for an freshly made (not Polaroid of course) 8 exposure pack these days is $23.49 each, so I do not see using that much even if I do end up buying one.
Just checked the official Polaroid site out of curiosity for film and not surprisingly -
"AVAILABILITY: This Item is currently
Unavailable - check back soon."
uh, yeah. Not holding my breath on that one.

Just went for a nice walk with my camera gear.
Took an actually good self portrait and it was with the cheap P&S camera even.
Finished my first test roll in the Oly 35RC with the cheap walmart colour film. Ended up tossing it in the rubbish bin before leaving but no loss as I never expected to see that developed in the first place. I was happy enough just using it to get experience loading film in the camera and getting a feel for how to work with it.
Took some "decent" shots (will have to make final determination once they are downloaded) with the DSLR. Next outing on my list is using the "real film"/B&W I bought online for the Olympus and shooting a roll I fully intend to have developed.

Juveniles have no catch. They don't realize actions have consequences. An adlut in closed custody is statistically less likely to physically attack a staff member then a juvenile.

 

True, no cats (has a sad), but I have no doubt it was there because of something I did. I can't for the life of me remember putting it there.
