Either canned soup, chili, or lean cuisine. That's all that's in my fridge/freezer. Oh joy.

  2. Completely understood. My pantry's starting to get a bit bare, too.

Probably gonna be a couple of bacon, egg, and cheese bagels with some milk. Quick, easy, and easy to clean up.

Oh wait, I have eggs! Woo hoo! Thanks for the reminder. I also have green onions and some spaghetti noodles I made last week. Yay!

Made myself some yummy spaghetti sauce the other day - leftovers tonight. BTW, next time you make spaghetti sauce, try using spicy Italian sausage instead of hamburger meat. It is teh YUM. ;)

Spaghetti sauce is always better a couple of days later.:)
You can also use clams instead of hamburger.

Peanut butter multi-grain cheerios, a banana and vanilla almond milk + protein.
Every time I open a box of cheerios, I think of Niner, ha ha .

It was the most delicious rice I've ever had. Crack rice. I could have just eaten a giant bowl of rice and been happy.

I went down to the local store/cafe, it's a tourist town so they normally serve hot or cold food from morning till night. I wasn't expecting much and I wasn't too hungry; plus because it's a tourist town the good food normally goes quick.
Luckily, it's the end of tourist season AND it's Sunday night.
There was no line and they had cooked a Sunday roast!
Roast potatoes, broccoli, carrots, cheesy cauliflower and a fair amount of meat. A tastily spiced gravy in a separate container.
It was altogether so good I'll even excuse the minute amount of crackling they gave me.
    MMMmmmm mmm
