    in other news i feel like i've been getting held under the water in a bathtub.

    in the past two weeks, i finished a translation from french and an article to introduce all at the last minute after blowing them off for months, did a one-off editor gig for a fiction site and finished the last round of edits for the book. of course i found a weak point that i'm fixing and want to tinker with the introduction a bit. but then it will go away.

    the book will get spit out into an indifferent world 5-6 months after i send the final ms.
    i will look at the object and wonder how it happened.
    i got big plans.
