Had the chance to relax this morning for a bit before heading out soon to play photographer for some friend's wedding, felt like one of those fabled 'naps' almost. Would have been nice to fully decide I wanted to rent that expensive 70-200mm lens just a tiny bit earlier but my nifty 50 will do just fine I am sure.

Ok, then how do you explain The 13th Warrior^, redux?
That turned out well for the Northmen. Well, except for the leader, who was poisoned....and a few other men, one of which was decapitated...ooook, I see your point.

/get your point out of my face!

I understand completely. The only babies I was ever truly interested in were my own. Once they start talking and making some sense, then they (other ppl's kids) become interesting.
As far as your future in nursing, the birthrate is going down and the elder rate is going up. More practical I would think, to work with adults.

Actually took some decent pictures today. Was especially nice because they were for other people in this case. Made it much more fun and enjoyable than the solo photo safaris I usually take these days .
Speaking of that, posting one of those from my last one in a little bit.

    Happy Friday the 13th indeed....
Broke a glass door, cut my hand open, ripped my shirt, bonked my head on a glass chandelier...I'm on a roll baby.
Anyone wanna make bets on what hour I give myself a concussion?

Oh fuck. My autocorrect just changed "I just love that kid" on faceyspace to " ZombieSquirrel love that kid."
How exactly does one explain this?

  17. For my folks it was always a "davenport." I opt for couch or sofa.

    I don't know anyone who calls a sofa a Chesterfield. I'm guessing it's a Canadian thing.

My grandmother called sofas "davenports." So weird.

No one here in the States ever said Chesterfield, except my ex-pat Canadian mum.
