Pointless Announcements

Cat wouldn't let me sleep until around 5am. He was up and ready to go for the day at 7am.

It's been like this for the better part of a month. I have no idea why he is acting out so much.

PayPal finally gave me my friggin' money from my eBay sale last month. Guess where that's going?

So am I. Riding on the airport bs from O'Hare and the lady on the other side of the aisle is eating popcorn as I read your post. Haven't eaten since breakfast. This is torture!

 

So. I am making some small sirloin steaks tonight w. baked potatoes. Boohead loves baked potatoes. And I turned on the oven, wrapped the potatoes in aluminum foil, put them in the oven and ran out to the Target to buy Boo some school supplies. I get back, walk the dog, watch an episode and a half of Antiques Roadshow (it's on Netflix now!) and then go into the kitchen and start putting together a salad. While I'm in the frig grabbing a bell pepper, I notice that my three foil-wrapped potatoes ARE IN THE FRIG. I didn't put them in the oven, I put them in the refrigerator. I can't fucking believe it, lol.

It's going to be a late dinner tonight.

 

I guard my sleep. Anything that comes between me and sleep (at home) gets removed. Have no cats and not buying the sad puppy face(s). I'm too good to my dogs for 16 hours a day to let them get away with human abuse the other 8.

 

My cat largely ignores me.

No worries, Us 'mericans saved the Canadians from 2 evil terrorists by sending an elite force up there. We only blew up 17 national landmarks this time! Who knew that Canada used to have an entire museum with 6 large wings dedicated to the moose?

Eeeeek! I'm fairly certain this is the first time I have heard this news. Forget the lottery and Canadians, this is my favorite!

 

Bet most 'muricans will have to Google this to understand it. Nyah.

 

No worries, no doubt some wise American businessman out there is working on a plan to put those falls to a better use by putting up solid dams topped with Starbucks and the most garish stripmalls possible.

My first thought was the numerous falls listed as "Candian Landmarks" when I did a google search earlier. There were no good hits for me to give a smartass comical response to "Canadians have landmarks?" so I chose the silent route.
