    Best way to get a cheap, delicious taco salad without a shell.
    Salsa was great tonight, too.

    Made 3 racks of ribs on the smoker today.
    Used the "Best Ribs in the Universe" or BRITU recipe.
    Apple wood for smoke.
    Fresh slaw and roasted corn on the side.
    Should have snapped a pic but got too busy eating.

    My 13 year old niece cooked up several vegetarian dishes tonight to prepare for a culinary competition coming up next week at a junior chef camp.

    The lone carnivore at the table (me) selected the White Vegetarian Lasagne "Cupcake" as the winner.

    Personally, I would skip the jarred Alfredo in this recipe and replace it with bechamel. That's what is typically used in white lasagna and other veggie lasagna. Otherwise, I'm filing this away.
