So I'm stuck in traffic on the Mass. Turnpike this afternoon. In front of me is a semi. I pull up real close to see this sticker...

One of the verdes was traded out for a tempranillo at the last minute. It's more balanced that way.

Plus, I was given a sampler case of beers from Highland Brewing Company in Asheville.

Lamps and booze, that's what I bring home from mom's house.

My legs look like this all the time. I have scars.

 

Ow. I haz leg- scars too, but from poison sumac and caring for my (ex-)neighbour's bunny.

Our dog Obi, who has a Pug-like jaw, bit my husband on the hand *hard* on the way home from Maple Lake (700 mile-trip). People get stressed on car trips--but animals--some lose their shit.

Found something new in the backyard garden. It does the light-show thing at night or just glows white. I dunno...maybe it will grow on me.

 

Yesterday: New cut and colour. I am 'growing out' some of my bangs. I was told this would cause me distress. Only grey roots bug me. Truly. Bangs won't be an issue.
