  1. I used to drink Sparks back in the day. I'd have one or two at the beginning of the night/rugby spcial and then switch to beer. I never got toooo crazy with it, but it helped me not get too tired too.

I miss it. It tasted soooo sweet, but it helped me.

Come to Portland on a Sunday night to go to Devil's Point for Strip-aroke. You sing. They dance.

The drinks are reasonable, but the girls are so sweet...you've just gotta tip 'em.

Oh, man, I got super excited that they had vegan food AND karaoke, but then I remembered the vegan one is a different place. Ah, well. "Stripparaoke" sounds kinda fun.

  4. I had to chuckle at a FB acquaintance's status:

I didn't bother to look at the article she was referring.

Whoa, turns out that the UAC crap in windows vista has some actual use. Somehow my desktop was infected with a virus and I needed to install a program from my never touched user account. Just had to turn it on temporarily and I could install this spyhunter 4 program.

Rkill man, rkill it. Then run mbam, super anti spyware, adwcleaner, vipre rescue, then hitman. Your pc will never be as clean as that. Also run MBAR and tdsskiller. I call it the hobbit spit and shine.

Removing it for now. I am thinking of going with the classic "bullet to the brain" that fixes any problem not source code related that Windows has; a reinstall would be a good fresh start on this one and I just might throw linux on there for a dualboot option.
Unfortunately I want to install win 7 professional 64 bit and cannot afford that right now, so just cleaning the infection will likely be my main course of action now.

oh wait, sorry. They went with some stuffy British name that would get his ass kicked at a boarding school if he was common folk.

Win 7 Pro is what I run on my desktop. It's great.

Winding my way through the security line at the airport. Three more turns of the maze to go.
