I can laugh about, literally, anything. But it never detracts from the fact that a person is dead/dying/suffering for stupid reasons. In this case, somebody's kid. If I were this kid's mom, which, of course, I would never be, I would never stop fighting.

Hmm. Zimmerman sees black teenager walking with candy, follows him, eventually kills him. Fast forward. Zimmerman sees white family in overturned SUV, helps them out of their car. Uh. Nope. Still a shitbag. Maybe he's not completely fucking evil. But who really thinks anyone is completely fucking evil?

 

I guess you're right. If it was a black family in that SUV, GZ might have shot them all.

And how much involvement did he actually have in this daring rescue? The family has been identified but aren't speaking about the incident. When asked if George Zimmerman was being called a hero, Sanford sheriff spokeswoman Kim Cannaday said " We're not going that far."

Okay, so he didn't see the accident which occurred just under a mile from where he lives. Nothing's been revealed about whether or not he happened to be driving by or drove there from his hidey hole at home. If it wasn't a fortuitous event, how did he know it had happened? Police scanner maybe? He hears there's been an accident off the highway and he feels the need to hump out to the scene? To play hero? He would have known others would most likely stop to help and police were on the way. But once again, George had to insinuate himself into a hero-making situation. The last time that happened, someone got killed.

I honestly believe GZ isn't as bad as you make it out to be. Trayvon didn't deserve to die, but the entire situation was blown out of whack by the media. GZ is a fucking moron, but not a murdering moron.

 

I'm pretty sure a careful reading of the passage of mine that you quoted will reveal the words of someone who doesn't believe the situation is black and whitey.
