So, despite the end of our relationship, she still sees fit to try to be "helpful" by managing my social calendar.

"Your birthday is soon."
"Yes."
"Do you have plans?"
"Nope."
"Would you like me to arrange drinks for you or something?"
"Nope. I'm good!"
"Ok! I was just thinking about it."

DamnitAll tell her that we're having drinks on your birthday. We'll all meet her at TFP and toast you and wish you a great year. So when is it? And what are you drinking?

 

That sounds suspiciously like my advice to go find a girl that looks exactly like her, nail the new one, then dump her.

 

I'm way too much of a softie to pull off either of these. I'm just going to have a fucking awesome time, no matter what I'm doing.

...let's also not forget to mention that I'm going to (involuntarily, more or less) be spending this weekend with her and two of her friends in New York. I'm determined to make the best of that situation, too. Might need a little luck for that, though.
