BBC show has me sold. I love British TV. I'll check it out.

We also just finished recently Hotel Babylon - wife loved that show.

We've gotten hooked on Alphas... kinda like an intelligent Heroes with way better plot. I love autistic geniuses, too. SeeFee channel rocks!

Just finished watching all three seasons of Sons of Anarchy which I absolutely love and am completely frustrated that I'll be sitting here in Afghanistan as the next season unfolds!!

Going to start Justified and Rescue Me next.

I tried Sons of Anarchy... gave up. Rescue Me was really good, but the show was dropped from the network after season 3 or 4. right now I am anticipating Walking Dead, but I hear that its budget is going to suffer due to the concessions made to Mad Men.

Oh, man, I totally forgot about MasterChef... I'm totally hooked on Fat Boy, Skinny Guy, and Gordon Ramsay.
And I watch all of the Project Runways... there's one from Australia that I found, too. I'm trying to get S hooked on Haven, but he's a little resistant. I enjoyed it, it's based on Stephen King's The Colorado Kid, loosely. And I like the guy from Six Feet Under with the big pointy chin. S trudged through the BBC version of Being Human and we were both glad when it was over, though it was an okay "filler". Keep 'em coming, I appreciate it!

you kind of have to look at Gordon Ramsey like you are watching a cartoon...like he's yosemite sam or something.

besides, it's not as if everyone on all of his (many) shows doesn't know exactly what they're in for.

plus, i like what he cooks.

I confess I've never seen the show. The promos convinced me I'd rather pound my nads flat with a wooden mallet then listen to him for 1/2 an hour.

I like to watch Kitchen Nightmares with Gordon. Those restaurant owners with rotting food in their walk-ins and around the kitchen really do deserve the bitch session he gives them. As far as some of his other shows he does yell a bit much, but, I get it. He's trying to get these people to be the best chef that he can. Most of the contestants have seen his shows by now, so they know what they are signing up for. It's sometimes difficult to watch without feeling bad for the participants, but I know that in the end they will better for the experience they've had, I think Gordon knows that too.

I'm a big fan of Conan as well. I like the fact that he isn't trying to re-invent the late night format, he's just doing the format really really well.

I can't really stand the American version of Kitchen Nightmares. I loved the British version but the American version seems to be the same show every week.

Yeah, I love the British version which I get to see on BBC America. I love that channel, and they have the "real" news as opposed to corporate sponsored news.

I get most of my news from the BBC and CTV. Al Jazeera's not bad either.

I like this show, as well. They really used great imagination in coming up with Gary's power. I would never have come up with the idea of being able to pull audio/visual signals out of thin air and reading them like that. Cool power.

I watched the first episode and taped the rest to be viewed at a later time. My dvr then ate them a few weeks later, so I was going to get them from Netflix when they came out.
Now, I'm not so sure I should even bother.
I read that the director/showrunner, Frank Darabont, was fired by AMC execs over the budget and other issues.

Honestly the first season is worth the watch regardless of how season two goes for The Walking Dead.

The Walking Dead was freaking amazing. I can't WAIT for the second season.
I love Gary, too. He's one of my Alpha favorites.
We just watched the entire second season of MasterChef in about a week.

Although I must admit I'm continually a bit leary for TWD. The comic started out fantastic, but got to the point where I couldn't stand it.
