    What I find interesting is that Borla apparently had a gigantic neck back in the day. If you look at his neck proportionally to his head, then that thing has to be about 8' around. There are states in New England with less square footage than the amount of skin on that kid's neck.

    In all seriousness, I've always had a tree trunk of a neck too. I wore a 17 1/2 - 18" dress shirt in HS at the same time I wore a 29-30" waist. True story.

    It was running way too long and I did not take the time to fix them.
    You can blame the American transport originally from Bowlick, Kentucky that wrote that exact portion of the law after they moved to Canada. You just quoted it verbatim.
