I fully expect some kind of response from her on that at some point here.
The whole thing with the bloody skeletons on the plane was certainly visually arrresting. I have to find out what type of cockeyed explanation they give for this event at the very least.

Watching the first episode of Miami Vice and my first thought on seeing the show logo now was "nice drop shadow". Don Johnson has the facial hair look of "thinking about growing a moustache but not going to finish it properly".

I can't wait until I get a computer with more than 2 GB of RAM. It won't seem like I'm always choking the damn thing.

Awww. Yeah, 4GB of RAM is awfully nice, but I do wish I had more. Maybe next fall I'll be able to redo my gaming rig. Until then, I'm stuck jury-rigging a 5 year old HP desktop. The good news? I paid less than $100 to buy it second-hand a couple years ago and add some upgrades. The bad news? HP stopped supporting the BIOS and it's been having issues. :(

Ran across this video on youtube . Thought of looking for it after watching it on the VHS sing-a-long tape recently but never did.

Quiet, you and your "I do wish I had more than this amount of RAM, which so happens to be double what Baraka has."

What's good, though, is that when I finally have to replace my system, it will be a case where I'd have to go out of my way and sell myself short to get a system with 2 GB. In all cases, in buying new, the minimum is double that at 4 GB. What's more, is that it's RAM that has more than double the clock speed as my current RAM. So when you think of it, it's way more than just "double" what I have.

Regardless, even the most modest replacement machine benchmarks at nearly 2.5 times my current machine. I won't even know what to do with myself when I get there.

In the meantime, I'm going to continue running my current machine into the ground.

Jesus, can I just mail you some RAM? 2gb of RAM makes me twitch.

Will this relax you, or will it make you twitch even more? My Macbook maxes out at 2 GB.

Also, my PC is still sitting at 2 GB because every time I try to put 4 GB in it, the system crashes randomly.

Shit, you're twitching like hell right now, aren't you? :(

3 GB on my laptop is bad enough. At least there I can upgrade and know my 64 bit OS will use it properly .

What if I told you I'm two versions behind in both the OS X and Windows platforms?

2 GB is hardly enough to edit* a masterpiece* like Twilight or Fifty Shades of Grey with all of the "hmmm"s and other deep words used.

*these terms are used very loosely, should not be implied that it can be applied to any of these books.

Vista is decent enough, and Win 7 is where I would stop. Personally I think you are "behind" using Windows 8 even with the awful metro screen mostly killed.

I'm 2 versions behind in OS X. It's ok, Baraka_Guru, we can have 2GB ram and Snow Leopard together.

I'm considering getting my hair chopped. Like, stacked bob or pixie short. And now that I started considering it, my long hair is annoying me like whoa.

This is exactly what I've been thinking today. My neck is hot, and I'm tired of forgetting hair ties. And blow drying in the morning, for that matter.
