    It started with an egg yolk-topped perfect cobia ceviche, followed by a watermelon-proscuitto salad with feta, a fois-gras topped baguette, lamb-tomato soup with fried pita strips, duck confit topped with blueberry jam, pistachio baklava and stilton dessert.
    Holy fuck.

    Home Page We had the "adventurous 6-course menu," with wine pairing. Three whites, one red wine. I liked everything but the duck. He accommodated my dairy AND bivalve issue. Rock on, dude. I hope they stick around. S will have to take me here lots.

    7lb chicken roaster with stuffing, mashed potatoes, string beans and biscuits.

    Oh and I made brownies for dessert.

    Last night I had a Korean feast at my husband's colleague's house. Japchae, kimbap, barbecued pork shoulder, and kimchee. It was epic. I'm going to have to figure out how to make vegetarian japchae.

    I made a delicious spicy chicken sausage-cannelini bean-shiitake-kale-leek soup. It smells great.
    Too bad my stomach is still fracked up from last night's Winextravaganza. I grabbed half a loaf of fresh french bread from Whole Foods, too. So that should be yummy.

    Actually, a friend dropped off some duck eggs, so I'm making polenta, veggie hash, and then I'm going to lightly fry the duck eggs to put on top of everything.

    Last night I had an amazing bay shrimp cobb salad at the local brewpub. The shrimp were fresh catch from Oregon shrimpers, the bacon was nice and crisp, and there was plenty of blue cheese sprinkled on top. Sooo good.
