    addition: So I might as well complain it is only supposed to be around 65 or 67 degress F today for a high rather than 75. Baraka_Guru understands I am sure with the damn near Canadian summer conditions his area is going through right now.

    Bad day at the pet hospital. Since going down to one shift a week, I'd managed to stay lucky for quite a while. I can't remember the last time a pet died on my shift before today. We lost two dogs. One I'd never seen before. One I'd seen many, many times. Both awful and both avoidable. Not in the best of moods now. And I still have pre-work to do for pharm tonight. Rather take a bath and hibernate for a while. Such is such. At least I can have wine tonight.

    Cumulative mpg for the day, smarty pants. It resets after the car sits for more than 2 hours. At 50 mph I average 60mpg. That was averaging 60 - 75mph and around town. When the hubs drives it like he stole it, we still get no less than 35mpg. Nyah.

    I just did two 30m basket holds on tantruming kids my sternum is killing me from the big old head slamming back as hard as he could. Fuck me.
