    I've restarted my computer three times this morning. Once due to a blue screen of death. I started complaining about how awful my laptop has been performing about a month ago. I started logging blue screens on my own 2 1/2 weeks ago (this makes at least 7). After wasting probably 6-8 hours of productivity in restarts and attempts at tracking things down myself last week I pretty much put my foot down with the manager responsible for ordering new laptops (we don't have a real in house IT guy at our office). He was momentarily angry at me, but I got an email 45 minutes later from him with the order confirmation for my new laptop. It should be ready for action by the end of the week. Not sure if I'll get to pick it up Thursday, or if it'll be Monday with the holiday. But at least it is on its way. We'll see how well I can limp along until then.

    My intern lost all the adapters ends for the only universal laptop power adapter we have. I yelled at him and now he is sulking around the office like a puppy I just kicked. Which makes me want to physically kick him.
