I saw the list yesterday of the top ten songs out there now in various genres and found out two things.
0) I have not heard a single one of the country songs and barely at best heard of two of the artists
1) This "harlem shake" thing is apparently a song as well. News to me, still have no clue what it looks like as a dance. Finding that out ranks up there with getting my eyelids tattooed, or watching this "gangman style" thing that has me feeling like my IQ is dropping by the second if I hear just the opening.

Finished my audiobook of A Game of Thrones today, so I had to buy and download book 2. I might end up driving to TO just to have a road trip to listen to the book, hahahaha. I'm so pathetic.

Shit, it's only Monday?

 

Did you watch the show first or listening to the book first? My son and I listened to the book, I had watched the first season he hadn't. Found it kind of hard to follow at times, because they call the charters by different names at different times. Had I not watched the TV show I think I would have been lost. My son who usually has 4 books going at once, and can tell me about books he ready 5 years ago, like he just read it, even had to ask me what was going on a couple times. But it was a GREAT listen for us as well

 

I just spent 20 minutes trying to get a DVD to play in my computer because I was being nice and not kicking the hubby off the PS3 so I could watch my movie.

And then I remembered I picked up a Blu-Ray. So much for my anticipation of watching it tonight

 

Who are these adults that play video games?
