I think you can actually find out who the money is going too for child support.
Also did you claim your daughter for 2012?
Child support is followed by SS# in the IRS system. But it use to be associated with both SS#'s if I remember correctly.

I feel like I'm going to be sick from all of the self-doubt and external negativity.
However, I'm six hours down on preparations, revamped the CV for the health positions and have one cover letter out to my "external reviewers" to make sure I'm on the right track before I plunge into the other 9.

My "child" is 27 and was well beyond being of child support age when I divorced. Just because my Ex is even more looney then myself I pulled out my divorce papers to see if she slid something odd by me. Next to a box with "Child Support" next to it is written "Not Applicable." Same for thing for alimony. They've obviously mixed me up with someone else or this is some new form of ID theft where you file for a divorce from someone you're not married too to get a judgement for child support etc...

I don't know but I know I don't owe anyone child support. I also know getting money back is a lot harder then just holding on to it to begin with. Once someone, esp. the d'ern govn'mint, has your cash getting it out of their hands is a nightmare. Honestly I'm surprised the tax refund system works as well as it does. But anything that doesn't fit into a box they're used to dealing with forget it.

 

My new heating pad for my knee has outfoxed me.
