Coffee. I love coffee. Coffee coffee coffee.

 

Water. Like it's my job. Trying to flush out this flu/cold crap that is coming on hard. Had 24oz of OJ this AM, and am now almost done with my 3rd 24oz of water. Plus I had a cup of tea.

The tea was some natural echinacea stuff my wife had. I may try some of that Cold Care stuff later today. I'm going to be stubborn enough to drive this thing away before it drags me down.

 

I've been staying away from the alcohol the last two days because I had the feeling of impending doom in my sinuses and throat.

I keep forgetting that alcohol kills germs.

 

I pounded Cold Care like crazy last week and my cold was gone before the week was out despite drinking on Tuesday and Thursday. My cold regimen consists of: Simply Saline rinses consistently (since I couldn't find my neti pot), an occasional Sudafed (not too much, it makes me hyper), ibuprofen as needed and before bed, Mucinex before bed, Benadryl before bed, Halls honey-lemon cough drops, and lots and lots of Cold Care tea once the cold set it; before the cold set in, it was the Traditional Medicinals Echinacea.
