Food What are you drinking right now?

Coffee coffee coffee.

 

I prefer: Overcast Espresso Stout | Oakshire Brewing especially on nitro.

 

Perrier. My mentor saw me drinking it yesterday in class and said, "Ohhh, look at you with your snooty water." I laughed. I am only drinking Perrier because it was the cheapest sparkling water at Costco with no flavor. In reality, I should probably just buy a Sodastream.

 

Four Roses bourbon. I think this just beat out Buffalo Trace for New Favorite.

 

Water

I was a bit surprised maybe two years ago when I was down in Louisville and the bartender suggested that when I asked for bourbon recommendations. After listening, I was also impressed. Good stuff.

 

Ginger tea. Post nasal drip does not a happy tummy make.

 

I can't remember the last time I had soda, but I think I'm going to go have a Cherry Dr. Pepper.

 

Sounds gross. After some weeks now without diet soda, I can't stand the taste of aspartame. I wonder what drinking regular soda would be like.

 

I can't handle aspartame. Never could. I barely ever drink soda, but NEVER diet.

Cherry Dr. Pepper is awesome.

 

Some diet is now sweetened with Splenda, which I think is much better. I rarely drink anything with sugar or hfcs in it, but I've been told that at some Mexican groceries they have Coke that is made to cater to the Mexican clientele and that uses cane sugar instead of high fructose corn syrup. And that it tastes better. I've also seen it at the Rocket Fizz shops.
I like Arizona brand iced tea, sweetened with splenda. I buy little tubs of the concentrate on Amazon. None of the stores around here carry artificially sweetened black tea. Lots of diet green tea, but no black.

 

Out here, they sell Mexican coke at Costco, but damn, it's expensive.
