Ha! Billionaires for Bush because tax cuts create jobs, honest.

I partied the night Bush was reelected. Ok, it was more like I got really drunk and hatched a plan to move out of the country.

My immune system sucks. I have been sick since I arrived in San Diego.. but at least's it's just a cold, so it's a "functional" sick. However, the 70 degree weather doesn't hurt.

Politics are generally pointless so it fits.....

 

That whole Obama or Romney thing made it impossible to vote for the president this election cycle. Whatever, I had confidence that either one of them were going to do a poor job and no surprises there yet.

 

Brrrrr. It's cold this morning in the south.

 

Personally I think that pointless announcements is the best place to discuss the presidential inauguration no matter who it is centered on. But ne'er mind me, I generally try to keep my pushing people over the edge number down as low as possible.

 

Ralphie - it was -14 with the windchill on my walk to the train this morning. I've been here 45 minutes and my toes are just now starting to feel warm.

 

1 degree on the thermometer this morning. Haven't bothered to step outside to see if there is any wind. Weather Channel says it feels like -15. I'll take their word.

The high is supposed to be 13.

We've had virtually no snow. This is the first arctic blast of the winter. We're pretty deep into the Winter, things should slowly be improving from now on. But 4 years ago, my father had surgery on this day in Indianapolis. From that day on until the end of February, we had a tremendous amount of snow. So we're far from out of the woods yet. I'll gladly take the cold as opposed to snow. But we need moisture. The entire Midwest needs it badly. Rain would be my preference, snow accumulation however doesn't run off as fastwhen it melts and soaks into the ground.

 

Where is that DISLIKE button! I betcha today will be better
