    My husband and I hiked nearly 5 miles this afternoon. It was a beautiful clear day and we could see quite some distance down the valley. It was an interesting hike because it was a viewpoint I hadn't been to before.

    I bought two laptops off a guy for $30 a piece because he couldn't get them to work. Nice HP elitebooks, less than 3 years old. I had my business partner prepping one for resale and the dumbass ran a BIOS update and then unplugged the power. Thought I had an expensive brick on my hand. Decided to contact HP to see how much it would cost to repair it (I do not have the equipment to reflash a BIOS chip). Motherfucker is still under warranty! They are sending a tech out tomorrow to replace the motherboard for me. SCORE!

    Found out my grandmother (my father's mother) died early morning on the 1st.
    I had a dream later on after hearing the news that she died, that my father was alive and we were in a kitchen I didn't recognize, making pizza.
    Woke up crying, hoping they were together again.
