I sing silly songs about my cats. Sometimes to the tune of my alma mater's fight song, but mostly to the tune of Spiderman.

 

Lol I got that today in an email. Damn Craven Morehead you are sweet and like your out look on life, regardless if we perish on Friday. Thought you should know that if the world ends.

 

Well lets take a ride to Florida, that would be a nice little drive with the wind in your hair.

 

Borrowed the Hunger Games and started to watch it for all of 2 minutes. Said "screw it, I am buying the Rifftrax and watching it with that help from the start the first time." Some films just give you the "yes, I am that bad" vibe early on.
Never have read the books, my main impression of the storyline in either form is The Running Man with juveniles but I could be wrong. And I am referring mainly to the superb literary version, not the decidedly inferior film that takes literally everything good out of the story. That book ending is so powerful that the weak cliched end in the film looks even worse by comparison.

I sing the 'Charlie, The Lonesome Cougar' song to my animals. It fits so well with every name.

Simba, good time Simba everybody's friend.
Muffin, good time Muffin everybody's friend.
Hambone, good time Hambone everybody's friend.

It's ok, my kids think I'm nuts, too.

 

Do some people get Thursday and Friday off for Christmas? Monday-Friday with Sat and Sun off is an alien concept to me to begin with, never mind that mythical "dayshift" stuff that daywalkers do.
But I do have the 24th and 25th off this year, and they are giving me an extra day off on the 27th I think to compensate for the holiday pay on the 25th which falls on my scheduled day off this year.

 

I cannot get enough of Häagen Dazs Vanilla & Cream.

Impossible.

 

found out that i have a reputation at skool... don't know if it's good or bad, but i was at a bar. drinking. and some dude that my SO introduced me to said "oh yeah, i've heard about you!" and that's all he would say...

 

We were just married in November so just a few weeks ago

 

Dont worry guys, me and spindles will be the first to go since we're east coast of Australia...we'll be your guinea pigs. In fact Spindles is closer to the coast than me, so i may have a spare second longer to live

If you dont hear from us, its been nice knowing you guys.

Since we're all gone in a few hours, for those of you that want to know the juicy details of modland, PM and ill spill the seeds..i mean beans.

3.5 hours to go today. Then Friday. Then... one week off!

Sadly, I am already thinking of what it will be like to get back into the office. Ugh.

 

i dont know why you'd bother, when the end of the worldarrives in 2hrs time.. im going to make sure im having shower sex when it comes.

 

In my mailbox this morning I read 'Last day to get it in time for the holidays' and I tell you, I am not thinking about a Dell computer.
Man I need a sexcation.
