I honestly think it has something to do with the fact that cold feet are unpleasant to rub against. I know I love rubbing my feet against hers when we're at it.

i cant say that ive had a climax issue, socks or no socks though...but im a guy. i probably would have issues if i had my head in a scanner while being stimulated though.

The study was in done a netherlands university where i'd assume was much colder than where i live. i dont see it as being a sock issue as much as it is a cold issue.

 

Whether or not it's a cold/comfort/whatever issue, I think this warrants a TFP sexperiment.

Didn't we cover this topic on the old board? Pretty sure we did. And, if I recall correctly, we came to the conclusion that girls look hot in any kind of footwear and that mid-calf black dress socks were the tackiest option a man could exercise ("Jazzing it") when righteously banging a girl.

Anyway, my current girlfriend doesn't wear socks to fuck. She's mostly Viking and likes it frosty. If anything, excessive temperatures (room temperature in her case) is likely to lead to a lack of orgasm more than anything else. "It's too hot!" is her most popular pull-string phrase.

I generally think that, unlike men, women have to really be into the zone for an orgasm to appear. For men it's mostly mechanical. For women it's mechanical plus a little zen meditation magic. Men get a feelgood squirt. Women get a cascading orgasm. It's all balanced.

Just look at the birthrates of 'warm' countries by the equator compared to 'cold' countries above the 45th parallel.

But, yes, it is hard to orgasm when you are shivering from it being too cold. However, even at 50F it isn't that bad.

 

I'm all for the advancement of science and all, but as a subject, I'm pretty sure you can chalk me up in the "load with or without" category.
