    I made a little ragout-style thingie with shiitake mushrooms, a few thin slices of garlic, minced onion, fresh tomato, and a chiffonade of basil and put it over baked spaghetti squash... which was still pretty crunchy and didn't separate easily, so I think I under cooked it. But, when I reheat it tomorrow, I'm going to use my red sauce and bake it in the oven, so I'm guessing it will soften up a bit. Paired with a Cigar City Bolita Double Nut Brown Ale bomber, it's damn good.

    Not sure yet. I have some ribs smoking right now for tomorrow night. I don't have six solid hours before dinner tomorrow, and we invited people over for ribs, so I'm doing 4 hours tonight. I'll finish them tomorrow and also grill some chicken thighs.

    Probably something simple tonight on the grill, or maybe let the wife cook for me.
