I just stay with Netflix instant streaming, only costs $7.99/month if you do not opt for the DVD plan.

I'm already a Netflix member. My brother already is running this setup and recommended getting the Hulu and Amazon memberships. I order enough off amazon to make that membership worthwhile and I like some of Hulu's original programming.

We have all three. I use Netflix Instant/Amazon for older stuff and Hulu for more recent TV. Hulu also has the whole Criterion Collection on Hulu Plus. We watch all three on our Xbox 360 using Xbox Live (another $15/mo, but my husband also plays Madden online).

I'm also an Xbox live member so there is also that. The only thing I have to figure out is how to watch all the NFL games on the weekend.

edit - stating the obvious: Hulu offers fairly "fresh" programming as well compared to Netflix, especially if you want access to more recent/this season episodes of television shows. Thought about Hulu once but have passed so far. I still have loads of Dr. Who to watch in the first place, and tons of other things in the streaming que .
Recent tv shows have not held my interest for sometime though, but that is hardly a surprise when I would choose a good radio show from the 30's-50's at least 8 times out of 10 over them.
Watched some of Gunsmoke on TV once and it paled in comparison to the radio show, the visual medium mainly feeds your eyes which is nowhere near as powerful as the image you get in your brain from a well scripted and played radio story.

I always wonder about why the dosage for things like that doesn't allow for body size. I weigh about 110 lbs, so if the "adult" dose is right for me, then it might not be very effective for, say, somebody who weighs two or three times as much. I keep meaning to ask the doctor or pharmacist, but never remember to do so.

  10. I'm 6'4" and 190 lbs. I find the recommended 2 Motrin is rarely effective.

My favorite breakfast haunt has the Christmas decorations and music going already. May need a change of venue for the duration

Woke up this morning with frost on the ground, tried to take my dogs out (they have never seen frost) funniest thing, they ran out, and as soon their paws hit the frost, they ran straight back in and flat out refuse to go back out.

  14. My kids "suffer" due to my having chosen a petite spouse. Eldest never reached 6 foot, #2 barely did.

I appreciate the fact that you didn't raise just one finger in my direction Fremen.

My parents are both between 160 and 165 cm tall, so it was weird enough when I reached 183 cm.

My SO is also petite (155cm). Let's see how this could possibly turn out.

Banks on Middle Eastern genes > Asian ones.

I hate starting the day off in a training conference call. Especially when I learn it's going to make doing my job more complicated and difficult.
