    Wedding rehearsal today. Son's wedding tomorrow. Rocking at true Royal Oak Chili Cookoff on Saturday. Busy but fun few days. :)

    While I am being a little flippant, I do think the time change does effect us quite a bit. Especially in the fall. The gain of one hour of sleep is not universal. I didn't gain anything. I woke up one hour too early on Sunday. In time, my body reset itself. But the sudden appearance of darkness an hour early does effect me. A gloomy weather time of year coupled with an accelerated onset of darkness and I'm in a fog. Best course of remedy as far as I can see is to drink some bourbon on the rocks in the evening.
