Oh, I'd say it's about as normal as me using a USB desk fan to blow cool air into my propped-up-on-plastic-bottle-caps laptop's exhaust port because the cooling fan crapped out 3 weeks ago. I've got the replacement hardware in the mail, thankfully. Who fixes a 5 year old laptop? This crazy guy.
