Food What's For Dinner Tonight?

    My husband and I collaborated on a fusion meal of udon noodles, Thai red curry, tofu, and assorted veg.

    I'm not a huge fan, but I don't hate it. When you buy a side of beef, like we do, you obviously end up with some cuts that aren't as popular as others. We've found that if you soak the liver in milk for at least 24 hours prior to cooking, and only cook it to medium rare/medium, the taste isn't nearly as strong as most people associate with liver. We usually cook it with onions and eat it over egg noodles.
