    Starbucks has other blends that aren't as roasted and thus don't have the burnt taste that their Pike Place Roast seems to have. Plus, I like that when I order a soy latte there, I am going to get the same soy latte in Podunk, or in Centralia, or Cottage Grove, or wherever we happen to be where the only other option is diner coffee that tastes truly awful.

    'Tis also true that there is a much higher rate of knife attacks over there compared to shootings, and not surprisingly attacks from bladed weapons are a bigger threat to the police in that part of the world.
