I like Archer, I watched season 1 on Netflix then bought Season 2 on DVD.
I only have two episodes left of The Walking Dead, that should be a powerful season finale and you know that live action Shane outliving his graphic novel counterpoint this long just has to change.

There was also an HBO short-lived series (only two seasons :( ) called Rome and I loved it!

Yes, Rome ended far too early, but to be honest, the show was just way ahead of it's time. If it had come out a couple of years later it would have been just as big as Six Feet Under (amazing show) and Oz.

Some shows have a tendency to hang around too long such as The Sopranos, Burn Notice and others. Six Feet Under was about the right length and Sopranos was wayyyy too long in the running.

I know people may bash me for this but, I hate SVU. That show is so goddamn depressing.

ER - I just dl'd all 15 seasons. We went marathon for seasons 1 - 5, now we are slowing down for the long haul. Taking a break at the moment to get caught up on:

Warehouse 13 - Did a little recap on Season 3 to refresh our memories and now getting into Season 4, while we wait for the resumption of:

Sons of Anarchy - Loved this show. We burned through Seasons 1 to 4 in about a week and a half. Simply could not stop watching it!

I'm surprised no one has mentioned Falling Skies, which quickly became our must see show every week. Unfortunately the seasons are only 10 episodes long, but it's surprising how much Alien invasion mayhem you can squeeze into 10 eps!

I'm busy doing a recap of Fringe Season 4 so I can pick the pertinent episodes for Seamaiden to watch the week before Season 5 starts at the end of the month. I'm looking forward to Revolution, after the cancellations of Alcatraz and Terra Nova last year.

Honestly, I can't fathom how people can follow more than a couple TV shows at a time. Where do you find the time??

Or maybe I just put too big a priority on working out and sleeping. I hate sitting still in front of the TV for more than an hour or so.

I usually hate waiting week to week so most of the time we'll focus on one show whether it's DVR'd or BluRay Seasons. Boardwalk is an exception to that though.

Well, that's our evening. I guess we're couch potatoes, or in our case it's bed potatoes, cause we have only 1 tv, and it's in the bedroom, so we eat supper in bed and snuggle up with each other and the cats and watch our shows. I hate waiting week to week, so I dl everything and store it up on the server, so we can watch multiple episodes at once.

  12. Xerxes

    Xerxes Bulking.

I wait for the entire season to complete and then marathon it in a night that I need to be studying or getting ready for something else important.

*sighs* I wish more people knew about this show! Its got the pacing and funny quirks of Scrubs, but is a story all on its own. Definitely my fave show out there right now. And no, it has nothing to do with massages -_-

So! Here's my list of shows I love to watch and follow up on:
Happy Endings (<3 it. Every episode I get a laugh from. And I think Jane & Brad are my fave TV series couple of all time! I've watched each season three times now. I have a problem...)
Community (many many more hits than misses with this show. It makes the list, because when its good, its GOOOOOD. And when it sucks, its a bummer to watch...)
    Boardwalk Empire (the.best.drama.ever.)
True Blood (can't help myself with this one, its my guilty pleasure. <3 Tara & Lafayette)
Fringe (I'm actually behind on this series. Only saw up to a few episodes into season 3....catching up right now...)
Game of Thrones (this story blows my mind. Its got some craaaaazy shiiiiiit. I'd hate to watch it stoned...it'd probably make my head explode)
Mad Men (I adore movies and shows of a particular decade. Mad Men fulfills my addiction to the 50s and 60s. Each character is so beautifully scripted and thought out...even the ones I hate, I love to watch.)
House of Lies (makes no sense in how its completely vulgar, yet charming. I suppose that's what they were going for. Great show!)

Here's some shows I miss, but still watch the reruns of:
    Scrubs
Gilmore Girls (shutup I was 15 when it came out. It was the greatest thing to watch in my teenage mind. But just the first 3-4 seasons. I stopped watching after awhile...)
    Will & Grace
Carnivale (way before its time. a total mind.fuck. takes a couples watches to catch all you missed. but really fucking good.)

And, lastly, here's some shows I'm interested in watching, but haven't gotten into yet:
Breaking Bad (Only saw season 1...veeerrry hesitant to continue....)
The Killing (different, that's for sure. only seen a few episodes while multitasking.)
    Hell on Wheels
    Dexter
    Bones
    Castle
Veronica Mars (a show my bf tells me I'm really missing out on. My curiosity has peaked!)
I'm sure I'm missing some more shows I want to watch, they're just not coming to mind at the moment...

Personally, a lot of 8 shows I currently watch/follow, are only 10-12 episodes a season at different times of the year, thus only last two months (Ie. Game of Thrones in April/May, Mad Men in March/April, House of Lies I don't even know when its on, I download it, Boardwalk Empire is on its own time, and True Blood is always a summer show within June-August).
Thus, I'm never watching a bunch of shows at once. I tend to focus on one at a time. Even with other old shows, I download all the old stuff, and play catch up. And I tend to rewatch old seasons before a new season comes out to remind me of what the hell happened, cause I always forget. :p

Just started watching The Unit again, the new series of Strike Back as well, and as of tonight the new series of The Thick of It.
